About Ray

A team built on comfort, security, and honesty

I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade, from inpatient psychiatric care to outpatient care, finally settling into private practice, which I believe is my calling. I feel comfortable working with all manner of individuals, from those experiencing significant life changes and looking to find a direction to those struggling with various DSM-5 diagnoses and their related symptoms. I want to help my clients find what works for them and what makes them feel happy, safe, and fulfilled. I believe we can all change and grow with the right skills.

I believe the most critical part of therapy is your relationship with your therapist. We are a team, and my first goal is to foster our connection. I strive to listen actively and work with you to identify, challenge, and replace negative thoughts and behaviors, and to learn and implement new, more effective ways of living.

If you are looking for a therapist who speaks plainly and is motivated to work cooperatively with you to accomplish your goals and achieve the changes you want, then I am here for you. I believe in fostering a relationship built on comfort and security, but also direct and honest, so we can get to the root of change.
